V’s Paradise

V’s Paradise is a newly opening Fine Dining Restaurant in Historic Old Sacramento, inside the former home of Fat City by Frank Fat’s.

This Family Owned Concept is now a Premium American Steakhouse, with International Flavor leanings, and anchored with local/regional farm-to-fork offerings. The culinary palate is supported by a robust Wine Program, curated by a Local Vintner, with a history of International Viticulture Experience.

The Craft Cocktail program features unique takes on classic drinks, forward-thinking modern cocktails, and exceptional mocktails made with handcrafted juices, served at a Historically Famous Bar, dating from the 1800’s.

V’s Paradise offers multiple dining rooms, with atmosphere morphing from the classic to the modern. This spectacular space has been completely remodeled to exemplify Sacramento’s position as a “World Class City’. As a cornerstone property, the building’s revitalization is meant to establish the revitalization of Old Sacramento and renew the district as a destination for all of California.

Wednesdays & Thursdays

We’re open from 5-10 pm, for a more Traditional, Food/Drink-Focused Dining Experience, with the Kitchen closing soon after at 9:30 pm. These nights are suitable for Singles, Couples, and even larger parties. Book your reservation now, or check table availability the day of!

Fridays & Saturdays

We’re open from 5-8 for a Traditional Dining Experience. From 8-10, you can expect a more amplified Experience, with Higher Energy, including Dancer Expressions, Live Saxophone, Flute, or more, augmenting the ongoing music. It often gets louder and is more animated at moments. Our Kitchen closes around 9:30-10pm. From 10pm-12am, we’re open for cocktails, wines, and good conversation/people watching.
