Getting to the dock — there are three potential options to access the dock for boarding:
– Ramp access between the City Cruises Ticket Booth and Rio City Cafe – the steepness of the ramp varies by season and water level
– Stairs access is located to the right of Rio City Cafe
– Elevator access located at the Delta King – City Cruises does not operate this elevator and cannot guarantee its operation
– Paid public parking garages are available.
– Advanced reservations are recommended. Purchases at the on-site ticket booth in Old Sacramento are accepted by credit card only and based on availability.
