May Hollister Woolsey was an ordinary Sacramento girl who left us
an extraordinary time capsule – full of thoughts, visions,
worries, and hopes – found 100 years after her death in 1879.
Join the Sacramento History Museum to explore a new interactive
exhibit about this remarkable legacy and get a hands-on look at
the experience of childhood in Sacramento in the 1800s.
From 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, there will be crafts, story time, and
fun for the whole family. Plus, children 17 and under can visit
and explore for free.
Included with General Museum Admission. Adults $10. Children 17 and under FREE.
