The Wine Dinner: A Multi-Course Chef’s Tasting Experience by The Firehouse Restaurant

This very special event will be the culmination of the “Sparkling Season” at The Firehouse in partnership with the Napa Valley winery Schramsberg and Château De Bligny of Champagne, France.

It will be limited to very few tickets and will include a multi-course wine dinner led by Chef Jay Veregge and Wine Director Mario Ortiz for an experience like none other. Tickets will also include free valet parking. In addition to the set menu below, which will be served after a luxuriant welcome social, the evening will be an intimate experience with the producers of the wines and cuisine.

Château De Bligny & Schramsberg Wine Dinner Menu:
First: White Truffle Egg And Caviar with ranch egg, local sturgeon roe, shaved chives paired with N.V. Château De Bligny Grand Reserve Brut
Second: Pan-Roasted Scallop and Lobster with sweet corn, nutmeg, shoots, cilantro paired with 2015 Schramsberg Blanc De Blancs, North Coast
Third:  Alaskan Halibut with wild foraged summer mushroom, house-made uncured bacon, fingerling potato, and Bloomsdale spinach paired with N.V. Château De Bligny Brut Rosé
Fourth:  Local Cheese and Honey with Spanish almonds and table grape paired with 2014 Schramsberg Crémant, North Coast
