Saving Santa – Immersive Photo Experience
Atrium 916

Cinematic family photo experience, clay ornament sculpting, & hot holiday beverages all proceeds support the Atrium 916 nonprofit.

The Atrium elves have built a winter wonderland exploratory experience in historic Old Sacramento and need your help Saving Santa. Things have fallen out of Santa’s Sleigh. Can you help find the items and help Santa restore the magic? The North Pole is getting warmer and Santa needs all the help he can get to keep it cold and keep the magic alive for the whole planet.

Bah Humbug Trivia Game
The Niche Space

Come test your knowledge of classic holiday favorites! A family friendly game that quizzes you on classic holiday movies and music such as The Grinch, It’s A Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, Home Alone and more! Come and see how well you know your stuff! Loser is a scrooge!

During Theatre of Lights event nights, the Bah Humbug crew will be walking around playing this exciting game!

Old Sacramento Waterfront

Theatre of Lights is a free holiday lighting extravaganza at the Old Sacramento Waterfront produced by the Downtown Sacramento Partnership. The nightly performances are Thursday through Sunday from Thanksgiving Eve – Christmas Eve (no show on Thanksgiving) featuring a live-action retelling of Moore’s 1823 poem — “A Visit from St. Nicholas,” more popularly known as “’ Twas the Night Before Christmas.”

Tis the season! Thousands of Sacramentans make it a family tradition during the Holidays to attend Theater of Lights and The  Journey of the Polar Express in Old Sacramento. Now you can add to these traditions by joining Sacramento Living History for ‘Holiday Cheer’!

Come down to Old Sacramento in the late afternoon to get good parking and get in the spirit with us! This free, family-friendly event will teach you all about Christmas in the mid-1800s with era crafts and games, hot cocoa and mulled cider, a venue to take family photos, and caroling!

Saturday Night Comedy Open Mic
Atrium 916

Every Saturday Front Street Studio is hosting a comedy open mic, free to both participants and audience members. Local comedian Pej the Maniac is the emcee and facilitator for this event with sign-ups starting at 7:30pm and performances at 8:00pm. Come by, enjoy some local comedy and art in historic Old Sacramento.
